The Talent team of Workspace 365 is looking for a new colleague! But first, who are we?
Workspace 365 is a rapidly growing scale-up in Nijkerk & Manchester. We have developed an Adaptive Digital Workplace and aim to simplify the workplace, optimize collaboration, and connect our customers. We serve these customers together with our 150 partners, both from the Netherlands and Manchester. We have a clear vision for the coming years and know where we want to go with our product and organization. We have (international) growth ambitions and focus on creating a healthy work environment and learning culture internally.
How will you make an impact?
As an HR Talent Specialist, half of your time will be dedicated to recruitment. You will be responsible for the entire process from A to Z. This means you will have an advisory role towards hiring managers, actively search for potential new colleagues, and also think about social media campaigns, fairs, or campus recruitment. You will set everything in motion to get the right people in the right positions. This will enable our organization to take the next step and grow internationally.
The other half of your time will be focused on HR-related matters. We are looking for someone who can participate in development conversations with colleagues, has a vision on vitality and absenteeism, and takes appropriate actions in these areas. You are not afraid to be critical and challenging but always keep an eye on the human aspect.
We are a growing organization and team, and our lines are not yet firmly established. So you have the opportunity to shape the role further yourself. Freedom and responsibility are two important pillars for Workspace 365, and they also characterize your role.
